"I was discussing the terrible looking carpet with the lady who cleans my house and who is very familiar with the carpet problem that I had (and have had for a long time). She called her daughter who recommended APEX. After a week or two agonizing over the situation, I decided to call APEX. Mr. Rogers answered the phone and I spoke with him at length about my problem. He was very, very nice and explained their process in cleaning carpets with pet stains. I agreed to have them clean the carpet.
