One of the reasons I chose AHR was not just due to the best price, they came in line with other estimates I received, but because they included things with their final price that similar companies had as add-ons at an extra cost such as the dumpster and gutter system. Along the way Gary answered many emails and calls in a timely manner, usually within the hour. He gave me updates of when certain parts of the project would be worked on and made suggests on things that I hadn’t thought about ( like replacing the drafty original windows while construction was happening). He picked out doors and ceiling fans that were perfect since I am not good at decorating. Because GJP has all their own contractors there was no wait time between the remodeling of the walls and the electrical work that needed to be done. During the walkthrough BEFORE the work started, Dominick pointed out a few things and we came up with a plan for the project. Dominick and his crew showed up on time every day and worked non-stop until the project was completed. The work was excellent! When electrical and plumbing issues came up, Dom found a solution. He was a pleasure to work with. Always responsive to every question or idea. He had great suggestions along the way and really took pride in his work. The project lasted a month when others had taken 6-8weeks and stayed very close to budget even though I had made a few additions to the original proposal.
