He started to work immediately with his team. His work was very professional, he did everything as he promised and completed the work on time. "We could not be happier with the work performed by Grant, Keith and their team. They were professional throughout the entire process from quote to clean up. The main reason for this project was that our roof had had leaks and ice damming for quite a few years. A previous contractor had done substandard repairs to our chimney after hurricane damage, and the flashing leaked ever since that work was done. We got quotes for the roof repair from three contractors, and Built Well provided the most detailed and cost-effective quote of the three. Because of their professionalism we also had them replace our cedar shingle siding, which was dried and damaged. One really nice touch was that we had a really ugly central air conditioning pipe going up the side of the house, clad in a downpipe. Built Well opened up the wall sheathing and hid that piping inside the wall -- what a difference! The team went the extra mile, paying special attention to some of the finer details of the trim work. I wish i could add photos to this review, because the house is beautiful (with a roof that no longer leaks!). I would not hesitate to recommend Grant and Keith, and will work with them if ever I need any other major work done to the house."

"Cesar and his crew just finished a remodel of my master bathroom. This is the second major project completed in my home by CSZ (prior kitchen remodel) and once again they exceeded my expectations. "Bex is hands down the most capable and reliable contractor I've ever worked with. I have thrown all sorts of challenges at him in our new apartment, from removing a pocket door and converting it into a regular door, to fixing the wall and plumbing behind our washer/dryer and much more. He has met every challenge. He's also very courteous and careful. I can't recommend him enough!"

"George and his team did a great job gut-renovating my New York City apartment. George guided me through the entire renovation process from the initial design to handling DOB permits/inspections to the actual construction and everything in between. He and his crew are top-notch - they are by the far the best contracting company I've worked with. The quality of their work is fantastic, and their attention to detail is outstanding. I am particularly happy with the flooring, tiling, and painting that they did. I always receive compliments from visitors on how nice everything looks in my apartment post-renovation. Price-wise, Elite Tech is not the cheapest nor the most expensive. Their prices are fair and they do NOT cut corners. A few times George was not entirely satisfied with how some part of the renovation came out and would re-do it even though everything looked great to me. He treated my apartment renovation as if he were re-doing his own home. If any issues came up (as is normal for renovations), George would immediately notify me and provide multiple solutions. He has seen and fixed it all! It's worth noting that George is ridiculously responsive via phone, email, and text. I was always able to get in contact with him even when he was busy traveling. I am very thankful that I chose Elite Tech for my renovation."

"I hired Mike to do a painting project in my home just to paint a few areas and also an accent wall. Mike and his painters were very nice and the price was reasonable.They were prompt and finished the job in a timely manner. However, after the job was completed. I noticed there were small areas that were not painted. I called Mike and informed him what I noticed and he told me he would come back to fix it. However, he never showed up. I also noticed that my accent wall is not painted evenly as well as other areas in my home. If you hire this contractor make sure to check their work thoroughly after they finish the job."
