He started to work immediately with his team. His work was very professional, he did everything as he promised and completed the work on time. He was always top of the every process and he was paying attention to every small details even I didnâ t see them during the construction. Contractor Grant is very personable, relatable, and friendly to talk to while working out all the details. Key is keeping communication throughout for extended long projects such as this addition my family had. Built-Well has remarkable teams who brought so much knowledge and expertise working each aspect of the project. There were some mistakes a long the way. Grant and his team handled them well. "Cesar and his crew just finished a remodel of my master bathroom. This is the second major project completed in my home by CSZ (prior kitchen remodel) and once again they exceeded my expectations. "I hired Andy from Apex to assist me with major home repairs from an insurance claim for my master bathroom and kitchen floor below it. Andy is a TOTAL BULLDOG with the insurance companies. Like WOW. He knows the State Laws so well and quotes them verbatim to the insurance adjuster for you when they tried not to give me my full entitlement based on my policy I had been paying on for years. Andy not only fought for me to get every penny I was entitled to from my insurance company, but his team also remediated and repaired my home in record time. I was VERY happy with how Andy fought for me not just for a week, or two weeks, but for MONTHS with my adjuster to ensure I got what I was entitled to. I honestly never hired someone who actually cared that much about getting not only the job done, but getting me my full insurance benefits that I wasn't even aware I was entitled to. "George and his team did a great job gut-renovating my New York City apartment. George guided me through the entire renovation process from the initial design to handling DOB permits/inspections to the actual construction and everything in between. He and his crew are top-notch - they are by the far the best contracting company I've worked with. The quality of their work is fantastic, and their attention to detail is outstanding. I am particularly happy with the flooring, tiling, and painting that they did. I always receive compliments from visitors on how nice everything looks in my apartment post-renovation. Price-wise, Elite Tech is not the cheapest nor the most expensive. Their prices are fair and they do NOT cut corners. A few times George was not entirely satisfied with how some part of the renovation came out and would re-do it even though everything looked great to me. He treated my apartment renovation as if he were re-doing his own home. If any issues came up (as is normal for renovations), George would immediately notify me and provide multiple solutions. He has seen and fixed it all! It's worth noting that George is ridiculously responsive via phone, email, and text. I was always able to get in contact with him even when he was busy traveling. I am very thankful that I chose Elite Tech for my renovation."

"All of the work was done quickly, professionally, and met my high standards. The only problem arose when they installed my railings while I was out without having me select the style. I came home on the last day of work and everything was complete, even railings that I had not seen or approved. Initially, I didn't want to make them redo it. I thought I could live with it. I paid in full and they left. Ernesto called my husband to make sure we were happy. Everything seemed great, the work was well done, and everyone was professional. However, a few days later I realized I really hated the materials they chose for me. When my husband called back to see if they could change out the railings for us, they said it would cost about $500. I know I paid in full and approved the job, but after $8,000 worth of work, I thought it distasteful to be charged more money to change out materials that I never approved in the first place. I recommend their work, but be sure you approve every single material prior to installation.
