"Just wanted to thank Green Heating Cooling & Electric for coming out when they did. Our heater was not working on a day where the outside temperature was 34 degrees. Called several heating companies but they all couldn't come out until after noon. Then I was fortunate to call Green Heating Cooling & Electric and George told me they can come out in late morning. I agreed but asked if he could find a way to come earlier. He called me back minutes later to tell me they were able to fit us in within the next half hour. I was so thankful for their rescheduling efforts. Then when the servicemen came, they were very professional. Checked the system: water level, damper operation, gas switch, venting, etc. Along the way, they explained what to look for and found that the blocked vent switch triggered and had cut off gas to the heater.
