Just by dumb luck, he was working in my general area, and was able to come out to do testing the next day. The day after that, the asbestos test came back positive (tiles, not mastic). The next day, he and his crew did the abatement. The day after that, the air sample came back, and we ha our house back. At all points, Bob was flexible, courteous, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. (As was his crew.) He was also VERY quick to respond to texts or emails. At every point, I felt that communication was superb, and I got detailed documents along the way. Add to that - he actually seems like a nice, personable dude too! We just wish he was more of a general contractor, because we'd hire him in an instant for a dozen other projects as well!"
