Only thing questionable was when paying them, there was no actual paperwork for the parts I purchased or the labor. I received an electronic receipt via email. It was almost a bit too streamlined. "Docs was excellent and returned my Saturday afternoon call (his office was closed). Docs offered me honest advice about replacing (rather than repairing) my water heater because the warranty had expired. I would have chosen to have Docs replace my water heater; unfortunately, Docs did not have scheduled office hours on Saturday. I was able to schedule installation of a water heater with another company that was open on Saturdays."
