Admittedly, we were apprehensive given past bad experiences with other service providers. We were pleasantly surprised, however, by the punctuality, professionalism, and patience of Armando, Alex and the whole Smith & Ramirez team! Multiple consultations were held to ensure we had a full and complete understanding of everything entailed in the process prior to beginning. Though we had myriad questions throughout, Alex and Armando were always patient and eager to help. The crew were punctual and cleaned up at the end of every day, including a thorough search and collection of all stray nails that had fallen. Alex and Armando also provided copious photos of each stage of the process and helped coordinate insurance claims. "It turned out fine. I had to travel back to the East Coast to visit some some other family. Then I came back and left a friend in charge of monitoring the install after I returned to Alaska. They did the work after the fact of me being there.

From the pictures that my friend took of their work, there was only 1 problem. But they came back and repaired it. I guess the supervisor came back and did a walk over after his crew did the work and he cleaned it up. They also advised me of some other work that needs to be done and that turned out pretty good too as far as the estimate. They will probably do it this summer. I plan on using them again on the stucco work.

He’s very punctual and communicated with us each step of the way. He also finished the job right on time which was rarely the case in other contractors I had hired previously. I also hired him a second time to redo my fireplace and he also did an excellent job. You can tell he really takes pride in his work and goes the extra mile to make his clients happy.
