When the excavator was working, I didn't really understand when he asked if we wanted to "feather" the uneven ground around the pool- so now we have a lot of ground without the grass that was there because the feathering was put over top of the grass - killing it. "It went beautifully! Steve gave us suggestions that ultimately allowed us to save money and looked great! It was logistically difficult for us to be there but he kept us updated as he went along and sent pictures of the progress. And because we couldn't be there many things such as taking down pictures, moving knick-knacks as well as clothes and furniture were done by him and his crew without a problem. We added a few additional things to be done and the prices were very reasonable in my opinion. Mom is going to be so thrilled!"
