"When we purchased our home in 2006, the kitchen was in MAJOR need of updating. We were recommended to Alessandra Custom Cabinets through a friend and contacted them immediately. The owner, Pete, was able to come over just days after we moved in to give us his opinion, as well as an extremely fair estimate for the job. Within just weeks, our kitchen was transformed from an over-the-top-faux painted design to a rich, cherry wood LUXE custom kitchen. Highly functional, soft-close drawers and doors were surrounded by GORGEOUS crown moldings, which made for an absolute stunner. The detail and craftsmanship from Alessandra were undoubtedly superb. "Greg did many jobs in my house- removed a load bearing wall, lay tiles for a new floor, drywall, removing a door, custom building closet cabinets, custom building a kitchen island. All of it was done with professionalism and satisfaction. The last job he did for me was to paint existing kitchen cabinets which ran into a problem with the paint colors not coming out right from the store. It took some time but he came back to the end with the last being the 6th time to make it right. I would definitely hire Greg again because he produces jobs that are high quality and long lasting solutions."

"I am very happy with the results. When they brought out the piece for the tile that goes along the counter they measured it wrong. They had to re-do it because it was too short. They came to install the new cabinets. The technician did not put down padding when he moved the refrigerator. It made a dent in my floor. They reimbursed me $250.00. There were a couple of problems but they were corrected."

"In a country where customer service has not been a priority, Mark Fanella Construction is an anomaly. The hands on experience working with MFC is refreshing and (if you have used a contractor in the past) an on-time and dedicated contractor is unique. He is on location when he is expected. Mark Fanella was always around to supervise every delivery including the dumpster. In my opinion, he is a master who takes pride in his work and he is a perfectionist. I enjoyed watching him work as he treats his workers with respect making sure they take breaks, eat and drink plenty of water. My project started easy but it became complicated quickly because of the age of the structure and it required unplanned rebuilding which this “can do” contractor handled with confidence. Mark’s “can do” attitude was a relief. In my opinion, you get what you pay for and if you are lucky enough to work with this construction company, you will not be disappointed. MFC is reasonably priced and delivered outstanding workmanship with a perfect end product on my project."
