"I was not able to proceed with their estimate due to conflict of schedule. The renters needed the work done immediately as it was summer time and I will be out of the country for couple of weeks at that time so I had to get another contractor that fit our schedules. Mike provided me the estimate I needed with pictures included and also lots of information about the damaged ducting. If I was not pressed with time I would have closed the deal with Mike as he was very professional and was able to make contact with him right away and felt no pressure and easy to talk to.

"The whole process was a lot less inconvenient than I thought it would be. The estimate was far below other companies I had contacted. Glen knew exactly what I would need in my house. He has serviced Sun City homes for a long time and his assessment was quick and accurate. Other companies spent an hour trying to figure out what kind of system I would need. The installation was also easier than I thought. I did not have to move anything. They covered every thing that might get dusty. There was absolutely no mess when they left. I’m still waiting for my inspection. But everything appears to be working quite well."

"Best HVAC company I've had to deal with for a long time. very professional, courteous, goes beyond the job to get a repair or install done right and timely. they're also the best bargain and use superior equipment compared to other companies. from the moment I contacted them to the last details of the job they shine high above other irresponsible companies out there. I highly recommend them."

"Clear Efficiency recently upgraded the insulation in my attic. The job was completed as per contract. The installation crew was on time and very courteous. I'm very pleased with the quality of the insulation. Jesse, the owner was great to work with. I highly recommend using Clear Efficiency."

"Great. Purchased the AC check coupon for $29, and they replaced the MERV filter. the other quote I got on this service was a minimum of $100.00 I recommend this company highly. They are more responsive and easier to get answers from the original AC installer I used (JR Putnam)"

"I found this company as recommended by Home Advisors. I had been dealing with a company sent out by my home warranty plan and was very disappointed! I called this company and Jeff came out right away and gave me a competitive estimate for replacing the central ac unit in the duplex. I let him know that I needed it installed asap and he was able to fit me the next day! Thank you for providing excellent service!"

"They installed a furnace and had to keep coming back to adjust it and even replaced a part. The warranty ran out a year later. But now, a year and a half later, they replaced it free of charge with a different brand."
