However, the finish work was not the best. <br /> The block wall construction - another story. The subcontractor or employee that supervised the project was less then professional. Always late, always telling a different story . . . I felt like he didn't understand what was covered in my contract with JK Marsh. The quality was fair. <br /> In general the company does ok work but does not communicate with employees, subcontractors or the customer. It was difficult to work with them. This project started June 20 and ended in September. The project was planned to be done in a month. <br /> I won't hire them again. I am still waiting for my copy of the city permit for the wall!! <br />"

"After <br /> calling 13 different roofing contractors that failed us, Stefan Hunter <br /> and Royal Restoration and Remodeling was called to the job. While they <br /> typically do not do roofing they did step up to the challenge. The job <br /> was completed above and beyond our expectations in a timely, <br /> professional manor. You might say we got the "Royal Treatment". They <br /> accommodated our every request including upgrading the material, meeting <br /> code requirements, upgrading our cooling system through one of their <br /> affiliate companies and insuring we would have no unexpected issues down <br /> the road by inspecting every facet of the project. They discovered <br /> disconnected duct work while the roof was open and repaired it at no <br /> extra charge as well as finding parts of duct work left inside other <br /> duct work that did not belong there and removed it. Obviously shoddy <br /> workmanship on the part of a prior repair or installation. We could not <br /> be more satisfied with the service and workmanship as well as the <br /> follow up. We have already scheduled additional projects with them and <br /> look forward to more of the same service we were provided. <br />"
