"I have 4 cats (3 seniors and 1 youngster), and 2 of the seniors have health issues and need daily medicating twice a day. I ran into a very uncomfortable glitch with a pet sitter I originally hired to care for my cats for the 5 days I'd be away, who turned out not to be as professional or responsive as I expect. So I needed another pet sitter 48 hours before I was leaving for my trip outside the country. Thank God for Jennifer, who was just fabulous! She got the information she needed from me, and within an hour or so, after a few phone calls, had me hooked up with their pet sitter, Kaylee. Kaylee came the next day, the day before I was leaving, and did a thorough going over of everything on the business and cat care ends of things, and met my cats. She is a sweetheart of a gal and clearly loves animals. I felt absolutely comfortable leaving my cats in her care. During my time away, Kaylee emailed daily reports of how the cats were doing, with photos. It came through how much she enjoyed engaging with them, even the one who hides in the closet. In addition, she left a sheet on my counter to remind me when I arrived home to call to let them know I was home, so they would know whether or not I had returned on time and whether or not the cats needed additional visits due to a delayed or cancelled flight. A total of 11 visits over 5 days, with an Angie's List coupon, ran me $415.15 and was well worth it. The Animals Kingdom is exceedingly professional and responsible, and they gave me the peace of mind I needed to feel comfortable leaving my cat children in someone else's care while I was traveling. I cannot recommend them enough."

"The move was an excellent experience from start to finish! Arranged with Joe on pretty short notice to do the move.  We had just a phone call or two - he picked up both times, no recording or telephone tag - and he arrive on schedule. There was a very minor pushback of scheduling time but Joe called to let me know, which was great.  Joe and one helper moved everything into the unit on a VERY HOT day when apparently, to our surprise, the cooling system had not yet been turned on. Never a word of complaint from either Joe or his helper.  Joe apparently has a lot of years of experience and he was great at both the moving part and the placement part, which is held the battle when moving into a storage unit. He handled my furniture and boxes beautifully and carefully protected our newly painted walls.  Couldn't have asked for a better move and would hire him again in a heartbeat.  "

The installers were running late on their appointment time window. We were called with updates so we were not left in the dark like so many companies will do.
All work was completed in a timely manner, which included pressure washing the affected areas (including the driveway!) and the birds were no longer a problem.
A week ago I noticed a section of the wired prongs laying on the ground below one of the areas that was treated. Within 24hrs The Pigeon Guy's installers were at the house to replace and re-check all treated areas.
