"Scott's proposal and estimate was thorough and accurate. He replaced flooring, toilet, vanity, lighting and wall fixtures. He removed wallpaper, repaired wall board as necessary and repainted. He removed a soffit over the bathtub, replaced the wallboard and added a beautiful border to the existing wall tile. All the work is high quality and detail focused, We are extremely satisfied and will definitely use him again!"

"Eric was great. Due to my recent bad experience with a horrible con-man handyman group I was very reluctant to deal with someone again and so put feelers out for 4 groups at once. Eric was one of three that promptly responded but was the only one that wanted to come out and actually see what needed to be done and give me a proper estimate rather than just relying on pictures or verbal description (and at no cost). He is a very professional yet personable person and very knowledgeable. Not only was the work done superbly, but when he encountered an issue with one of the projects he promptly let me know and later refused to be paid for the portions of that project that he did complete as I needed to have a plumber come in and complete the last part (nothing of which was his fault in any way as it related to the system present that he would not have been aware of until he got to that portion of the project). I would also like to point out that the projects involved were a wide variety of issues and except for that one part of that one project, he was able to complete them all with excellent results. He will be coming back to complete another project due to my needing to order in some necessary items, but I will welcome him back to complete this and I plan on having him back to complete a number of other projects I have planned in the future. For now, I have labeled him as my new handyman. I have been looking for a reliable one for the past 5-6 years, and I think I finally found one. Call him up, you won't go wrong and his prices are very, very reasonable."

"I chose this company because they'd done a neighbors' concrete and they were pleased with the experience and the sealant that was used doesn't change the appearance like most do. <br />   When I first contacted them they were booked ahead with big jobs. They could get to me by mid-June, but would fit my job in earlier if possible. They did, several weeks earlier. <br />   They cleaned my driveway, personal walk and patio, public sidewalk, and curb. Special care was given to the highly dirty/mildewed areas. I pointed out some decorative border stones and a repaired area that would be fragile and he took care to not damage those (or anything else).  <br />   They discussed whether the water-based or solvent-based sealant would be better given the age of my concrete (and the tendency to mildew). The solvent-based was used with special attention to those areas prone to mildew. <br />   They kept me well-informed re: what was being done and what I can expect going forward. <br />   I'm LOVING the clean look and also seeing water just bead up on top!! <br />   I didn't give an 'A' re: price, but it may have been competitive re: what I had done and the products/tools used. I hadn't gotten any other prices since I knew I wanted them to do it."

"Brad, was polite and responsive  to any and all questions I had concerning my A/C units and what was being done.  I initially called them on Saturday and set up an appointment for the next Monday.  Temps on  that Monday were well above 95 with heat index above 103.  Unit had bad and leaking capacitors.  These were replaced.  Before any work was done I was informed of cost of replacement items.  He got the unit up and running but, suggested that I should have a leak test done on the system.. While Brad was there I phoned their office and set up the test for the next day. <br /> On the next day, Brad again was the fellow lucky enough to have to climb into the attic to check out the air handler, etc.  I felt for him.  it had to be 125 or 130 degrees up there.  Some leaks were found near  the outside unit at the valves.  I was again informed of replacement pricing of the valves.  My decision at this time was not to replace them as I would have about 1/2 the cost of a replacement A/C unit by the time this work would have been completed along with the amount spent on the previous day.  I am aware that my units are at or past their usefulness, they are 25 years old.  Brad put a type of sealant on the valves to slow down leakage.  This will give me some time to make a decision as to replacement of my aging units.  I also requested PM on the larger down stairs unit.  This was done, at an additional cost, and all seemed to be fine, there. <br /> I have no complaints on the work that was done and the manner in which it was done.  That being said I must enter my own personal observation here.  Accurate Heating purchased the smaller business that installed and serviced my HVAC for several years.  It seems to me that some of the personal touch that went with the smaller business has gone away.  Being a larger company means that some of the one on one service is left behind.   Although Brad did a great job, it just seemed that each and every thing had a dollar sign attached to it.  I know it is not him personally... it's just business.  Case in point, when the old company (Humble) was called for annual PM on our units all were checked for one price.  This time, since I requested a secondary inspection of my other unit, there was a charge for it, over and above the initial service call.  I would have thought this would have been done  as a part of the service, since they were at the location, any way.  <br /> As I said, all work done by the tech. was done in a professional  and polite manner, and in a timely fashion.  My only complaint is that I seem to have lost the personal touch that was a part of the past. <br />"

"It was a rainy Monday, but the company arrived at our home at 8am and waited out the weather.  They walked around the house with my husband and me to note any landscaping that was particularly fragile. (roses, hostas, mums and lilies).  The supplies had already been delivered so the crew got to work.   I didn't know what to expect with noise and mess and although there was plenty of both, the crew was very professional and efficient in their  efforts.    It took about 10 hours from start to finish and with only one rotten board to be replaced.   This was the first roof replacement I have experienced and this company did it right!  The owner was on sight numerous times to ensure everything was going well.  He answered my countless questions and explained what would happen from beginning to end.   I was quite concerned that the crew would never be able to pick up the zillions of roofing pieces, nails, shingles, etc.  However, there was not a scrap of material or nail in sight after they were finished.  They even cleaned out the gutters and the garage!  I would highly recommend Seamless Restoration for a new roof or repair.  They are professional, courteous, efficient and neat.  Extra stars to the employees for stopping to meet our dog who had to inspect everything, snoop in their lunchboxes and insist on being petted. <br />"

We had a very crunched time frame as we were hosting 25 people for Thanksgiving and they were able to get all the repairs and painting completed in time. HIGHLY RECOMMEND."
