He spent extra time on the diagnosis, making sure that all I knew all of my options. When he came back to install the new system, he made sure that everything was working properly before he left, and when he realized that a part on the new system was defective, offered to come back the next day with the new part, on a Saturday, to make sure he finished the job properly. He was professional, showed up on time all three days, and took care of the issue, working straight through and even braving the storms on Saturday to finish as quickly as possible. In addition, he detected a gas leak on my furnace, a leak that I had no idea about and could have been very costly. He turned off the gas, reported the leak to the home warranty company and to Candy, who called me on Saturday afternoon to assure me that she would get someone out on Monday to fix that problem! I am extremely impressed with Wind Bender Mechanical and will definitely use them again (I’ve already sent in the work order for them to repair the gas leak) and will recommend them to all of my friends and family."
