"Ed was prompt and fair. He came and installed the water heater the same day I called him. He stayed out that night until almost 11 and replaced our water heater. When the city came came and noticed something else needed to be completed in order to pass, he came out at no cost and made sure the job was done. I would highly recommend Ed and use him in the future."

"Clean & Excellent work & service! Roberto is a very professional hard working young man I received my estimate for the installation of a new kitchen faucet & toilet my current items were 20years old. I went forward with the job and couldn’t be happier he replaced, repaired and added everything that needed to be done. I will definitely be contacting Roberto with drain and water plumbing service services again!!!"

"He spent 3 days in my house. My house is old and built in 60's. The last house in the neighborhood. Pipes were old and no drain especially to my house all went to the city pipe. I want to recommend him very highly. Pricing was very reasonable to all of the work he do. I would recommend him to anyone who ask. He is wonderful and polite. The two people who work with him was also polite. All of them are extremely polite."

"Unfortunately I don't have anything to compare the price too, and I understand that it was no fault of my own or the person dispatched to take care of my issue, but the cost seemed to be a lot more than I had expected. However, he did have to dig down almost five feet just to find where the leak was in my water main. I have no clue how incompetent the people that built this home were, but there is no reason to have had the water main routed this way or this deep. I also feel that I should have asked for a better break down of the cost and charges to better understand rather than just a synopsis of the work done and then a lump sum for the work. I am satisfied with the work and the customer service provided, as well as, with how to service person kept me informed."
