You won't see any deposit you put down with him but he will try to buy a lot of time by rescheduling, etc...His house has been for sale and he even did several recent price reductions to try and get it sold quicker! When we showed up for the 2nd hearing he tried lying but luckily I had things in writing that acknowledge he knows he owes me the money."
