"Fantastic customer service,, carpet looks great!!"

"Mike was great to work with! Quick same day estimate and my carpet was installed four days later! Great value and customer service, would definitely recommend this company to others."

"Great work - tiled floor & trim are very pretty. I highly recommend Pasadena Carpet."

"He was very honest with me. He let me know I would need a stair builder to do the job. He did not push his carpet on me, which was very honest of him. He told me to carepet the stairs I have would be near $1800. He was very punctual also. I took the advice he gave to me."

"Owner, Jeff was very responsive, professional, and helpful. JAM home services offer the full package. We had two bathrooms and a master bedroom painted, some wall repairs, and new light fixtures installed. All work was done perfectly, I would definitely hire again. The crew was punctual and very friendly. They were very professional, worked diligently, and were careful in our home. Jeff went over what they were going to be doing and how the days would go. The crew also checked in to have us view the work they had done. It was a pleasure to work with Jeff and his crew and will be contacting them again for any future jobs that may come."

"Had carpeting cleaned, decided not to stretch.. should have though. Lillard's did a fine job, nothing bad to say about them, cost was reasonable. Removed most of the stains, only few small stains that I knew ahead of time that wouldn't come out. They were professional and courteous."

"Very professional and courteous company. He worked with me on my time schedule and worked diligently to finish installing carpet in my master bedroom and stairway. He offered a lot of different options and helped me decide what was best for my space. Overall great business and very reasonably pricing. Plan on using him to do another room soon!! A++++"

"They were very professional and courteous. I have already recommended them to my friends."

"Our primary living room has this obvious seam running down the middle of the room. The carpet installers told us when they looked at the room, that they locate the seam to be close to one of the walls. Instead they put it where everyone is sure to see it. Not a good look. But that's not why I rated them poorly. I have a photographing table in my basement. The installers moved it and moved it back, and broke off two of my light holders in the process. Ugh! This hardware is no longer made and now I have to hunt down replacement hardware that will cost me at least $500."
