They briefed us each day as to what they would be working on that day and outbriefed us at the end of each day as to what was actually accomplished. We had several days of rain during the installation but the installers would call and let us know when they expected to resume installation. "This is my second project with Jean-Claude and it went extremely well (just like the first one).  We had a lot of challenges with the original construction of the kitchen and the shortcuts taken by the builder.  Jean-Claude and his team are very detail-oriented and made sure everything lined up well.  What I really appreciate about him is his problem-solving attitude.  Instead of just patching things together and getting out as fast as he can, he really takes the time to develop a good strategy toward finishing the work.  I would highly recommend Jean-Claude for any bathroom or kitchen remodeling.
