When I asked what happens if I'm not happy with the job, Calvin said it would be no problem to discontinue. Well, I wan't happy with the job, though the tech that came out to service our home was very nice and professional. However, it did not take care of my pest problem so after 2 tries I cancelled. Now they are saying I have to pay a disconnect fee per the agreement. I told them what I was told and all they would say is "I apologize." Clearly this is a rehearsed line that they've told others. I would have to say that this is a dishonest company. Saying what it takes to get the job and then holding you responsible for their poor work. I am a bit cautious to say the least to go with Angies again if this is whom they are recommending."

"Had a chimney cleaning and inspection in early Oct. Both Sol and his assistant Margaret were friendly and professional. Sol is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions, and I felt very comfortable with going ahead to have his company install a chimney liner. Greg and Gary came about 10 days later to do the installation, and were also friendly, professional and respectful of my home.
