After first few weeks of treatment when we continued to have concerns regarding treatment efficacy, we called his office and that's when we faced our nightmare. His office staff was very rude, told us to wait everytime we called week after week. We were never able to talk to Mike to see if he will come back to check again. We were always given the run around and finally we were told after multiple calls that we will have to pay again for Mr. Mike to come out and possibly treat again. We were never given appropriate response or reasoning to why we can't talk to Mike, it appeared he was never accessible for his customers to address their concerns despite his and his company's claims of friendly, customer oriented business looking forward to work with his customers which was never the case."

"First, let me state that I am an animal lover until they invade my space. When I heard strange noises above my bedroom at 1AM, I went outside and looked on the roof and saw a very large raccoon on the second story roof. I live in a split level home. It was on the roof of the second level. I immediately went back in house. I kept hearing the noises, and did not sleep all night. I checked Angies list and found AmPest. I called and Rob came out and confirmed that a raccoon had definitely gained access to my house. He showed me where the raccoon had climbed up the drain pipe. Its paw prints were on my siding. I was a nervous wreck. He was wonderful at calming me down and assuring me that they would trap it. He set the trap on the ground by the drain pipe and the next morning the raccoon was in the trap. I called and talked to Jane and told her it was there, but I was not going to be home. She told me that I did not have to be home and Rob would be by to pick up the animal. Rob put screening over the hole and monitored it for several days to make sure no more raccoons were in there. Then they arranged to have Jim come out and give me estimate on repairing damage. I gave them the okay. Then came the rain. Jane kept in touch with me until they could finally complete the repair. I never realized how much damage these animals can do. Thank goodness it did not occupy my attic for very long. I cannot heap enough praise on Rob, Jane & Jim. Great people, great personalities."
