"Will Sullivan did an excellent job on my front porch Trex composite decking install. I love the way it turned out! I would definitely hire him again!"

"Very happy with our roof. Had four different quotes from four different roofing companies. Decided to go with Prime Management. Their quote was competitive and fair. Matt and his team were great. Matt shared information about our roof, gave us options of the type of shingles and what work would be done on our roof. He really listened to our input. Never felt pressured at all. His team was very professional and hard working. The weather was so hot during the week they were working on our roof but they were so focused on doing their work well done. They replaced any existing damaged wood, lined our roof, and installed the type of shingles of our choice. We did not go for the 3 D type shingles but wanted the flat shingles. Received a lot of compliments from the neighbors telling us how great our roof looks. I would recommend Prime Management and would use them again in the future."

"Al was very kind and straightforward. He did initially tried to charge me a little more than the average for the area but after I explained that I had done research for the labor costs and already have materials he got the cost significantly also mention that you found him on Angie's List. I am very pleased with how the floor looks they did a very quick job some very weird layouts because my house is strange though I love its eccentricity. Though it takes a long time to book him because he is usually busy he works very fast, but not sloppily, and the work was completed in approximately 4 days with a small crew of three one of whom was his son. we are almost done with most of our work but I'm a call him back for some minor repairs thing that needs to be completed the only complaint I have is that at least one of the workers is a smoker and I found a few cigarette butts in my yard or in the bushes next to where they were sawing which was not very pleasant. That is a minor complaint though because as contractors go they show up on time and they get the work done and they get the work done well; which, I don't know if you use very many contractors, is unusual and a good thing. Overall I would use them again in a heartbeat and I would suggest them to other people.

"Oscar was not only professional he truly cared about my home and well being. He kept the job site clean and safe. My new stairs are amazing and beautiful."

"The two gentlemen announced their arrival and immediately began preparations for the painting projects. Upon completing the first application, I advised them that the color was not what I had requested. They agreed and returned to the dealer for the correct color. Within two hours they were back and completed my utility building. I made sure to express my appreciation for their excellent services, Without a doubt I will gladly use them again for any future painting projects, as well as recommend them to my family and friends."

"Him and his helper were beyond polite and even somewhat entertaining. Everything has just been done but from what I can tell he has done a very good job and I will certainly come back to edit in 6 months or so to update and probably use him again for my kitchen and get rid of this horrible tile."

"I dont think you will find anyone who is as good as him. So skilled, he built my house! He is unbelievable. Never seen such hands on precision. Always on top of everything. He works all day and takes pride in his work. He has built 3 homes for us. Would definitely recommend!"

"Mr. Chris showed up and was very professional and hard working he tore my old rotten deck out and built one that was extremely sturdy. He didn?t make a mess or cause any damage was also extremely polite and helpful with answering any questions I had"
