"Eric and his co-worker were on time, efficient, pleasant. He gave good explanations of what was wrong, how he was going to fix it and the fact that the stem replacement was not all that was needed. He quoted a price for replacing the valve and necessary pipes, but didn't push us to agree right away. We have since scheduled the valve replacement for later this week. Eric was correct in his assessment, so we have scheduled the valve replacement."

"Jesse came out to view project and give a quote. He was on time and very helpful. He checked our water main for pressure and found a small leak at one of the joints. He was able to tighten the joint and the leak stopped. He replaced the cartridge in the bathroom sink and was able to reattach the handle. He was efficient and professional. Pricing was reasonable. He tightened the piping to stop the leak rather than pushing for me to replace the joint at this point. If it does continue to leak I will have Guardian replace it for us."

"Very good experience. Ruben was the plumber who came out on a days notice, on time, called me to discuss the problem when he said he would, and finished in a short time. I was at work (my father was at home) and he even came back by to get the check after I was home from work. He was extremely courteous and professional. "The technician - Kade - was very nice and we could tell he was having a really bad day. It would have been nice to know all costs upfront. Called later and complained to the receptionist/dispatcher who was also really nice. She gave me the owners phone number. Spoke to him. He was also very nice. Told me to send him a picture of my shower fixture and he could tell me the brand name and even walk me through replacing it. Photo and phone message sent later,..... no response. Thank God for YouTube. Watched a video and replaced it myself!"

"Job went great! Bob gave me a very competitive estimate for the Re-Pipe and went the extra mile in recommending materials for the walk on shower I had discussed with him. I accepted his bid and the work was scheduled: replace the main water line from the meter to the house, Re-Pipe all hot and cold water lines inside the home, demo the existing master tub & shower and replace with walk in shower, repair all drywall and ceiling access points and texture as required. Job went great! The main line and Re-Pipe were done in the 4 days promised. The on-site supervisor, Rudy, was awesome and made sure everything was done perfectly. The walk in shower was delayed a day due to shopping damages to the product, but was quickly resolved by the crew as they tracked down an available replacement. A few unexpected problems came up but were quickly resolved to my complete satisfaction. I will keep their name handy for any future plumbing needs."
