They told me the rates and also that they could service my home with 2 units later on that afternoon. Technician arrived on time and was very professional. Told me how he would set up and how long it would take. He cleaned both top floors and the basement and took several pics along the way. Cleaned up his work area and then explained what he saw. I will recommend them to anyone looking to clean their air ducts!"
