"Overall a good job. They were able to finish in a day plus a a couple hours the next morning. They look nice but there are a few areas where the gutters are not level, tilted, or gaps. Cutting and angles on a few were a little messy and not seamless. I?m happ with the gutter covers, but again a few area where the covers are not uniform in their transition from one to another and shingles are lifted. Plan to call back and have a few things fixed."

"Ryan and his team did a beautiful job with a tearoff of an asphalt shingle mansard roof, and installation of DaVinci slate and copper flashing and gutters. They also installed new Pella windows. "Customer Svc (calling into the office for scheduling/ followup) huge pain. The scheduling process is tedious. They pummel you with a barrage of emails, texts, phone calls. Their price is double other reasonable specific providers vs local handyman providers. I went with these guys based on their claim they *fix/repair* any minor defects. My oversized gutters were new a few years b4 service. I cleaned the gutters myself up until Ned Stevens work. I thought the check and fix was a good decision. As a result of this work, I now have downspouts separating from the gutter that I cannot fix myself. I expected much more for $190. Their *deals* $7 off , 10% off offer no value in my opinion."

"Devan was the project manager who came to closeout my original roof project. He then noticed that because I had gotten a metal roof that it was recommended I upgrade my gutter system. From start to finish Devan has been fantastic. Staying in constant communication and answering all my calls and texts. Even handling every lil issue I had and making sure I was nothing but satisfied. Even taking the time on his last day in The production department(he was promoted, as he should be) to come closeout my gutter.
