They repaired the damage within a couple of days. The quality in their craftsmanship shows, it's rained several times since they repaired our roof and the leak has not come back. Their honesty was refreshing and the pride took in their work showed. I would recommend them to anyone looking for roofing services."

"I needed a new roof, and I called them first because they were at the top of the list. At first, I thought it just needed repair, so when I called them they said they didn't repair what they didn't install. Okay. When I talked to other companies, I realized I needed a complete tear off, so I called them back and got an estimate. When I compared them to the other roofers, their prices were in line but their contract really bothered me. They devoted about 1/2 of a page to tell me what they would do in summary form but proceeded to use about 2 - 3 pages of CYA which made me feel they were really trying to protect themselves as opposed to providing me with a good roof. This REALLY put me off because I have never chased the lowest cost. Also, they called me periodically to see if I still wanted the work done."

"We had sales people out twice who are good at selling. We had three major issues which we pointed out. The first time we had work with gutters and some other repair we thought one of the major items would be fixed. We were told no that would be part of the siding work so we agreed to the siding but still did not get the one big issue fixed. On the sales side this company is amazing and you will get lots of calls to schedule the work. On the back side you will get crickets. There is no email, online presence or anything but a phone which is never accessible outside of hours. Some of us work so we can pay for the work we thought would be done. I cannot recommend Power even though we have had windows, gutters and siding done by them. Go somewhere else. You can certainly find less expensive alternatives that actually have a way to communicate."

"after an overall evaluation of my home for more insulation, the owner saw I had an asbestos tile floor in my basement. It was removed, as well. Tubing, piping was added above the bathroom fan. It now goes outside of the attic. I will not have moisture buildup in my attic any longer. My house is noticeably comfortable, not cold and drafty any longer. I am able to lower my thermostat to 70-71 degrees, instead of 75 or higher. I truly appreciate all the work that was done in my home."

"Tom was a professional from start to finish, and I immediately felt I could trust him and his crew to do the job right. Tom called me the same day I contacted them for an estimate, and he came to my house within a couple days to look at our roof, measure and provide an estimate. The roofing job was done within a week of initial contact, and we are very pleased with the quality of work, materials and price. The crew took time to tarp the neighbor's house, so as not to damage their property, and they left our yard, gutters and surrounding property spotless (from roofing materials, that is).
