"overall work was good. showed up promptly. and accomplished work in timely manner. A couple things didn't seem top notch. 1) in installing the outside hose bib ,which came with a threaded end pipe connection,- the plumber soldered the supply to the inside of threaded hose bib pipe connection instead of installing a screwed fitting- now in order to replace bib (which has since failed -not his fault) i have to unsolder instead of unscrew. 2) sink came with 1-14" fitting as was previous fitting into drain line. Instead of putting a 1-1/4" trap on, he cut of the 1-1/4" fitting at drain line, adapted up to 1-1/2" line with a rubber sleeve, then back down to 1-1/4" at sink drain. 3) also left a few solder splatters on tile. overall, although the work needed was accomplished timely, there seemed to be several issues that didn't seem be the best work or choice."

I discovered Service Today on Angies List and I have had a great experience so far. As a prospective new customer they were very patient on the phone answering all my questions. I scheduled a service call and then within 24 hours I had to reschedule it 3 times. Each time I called the phone was answered promptly and the 3 different people I spoke with were equally pleasant and accomodating. Just to have a company these days answer the phone promptly and not be annoyed that you have to make changes was promising. <br /> The Techs arrived on time, were very pleasant, did thier work quickly without rushing (and they could have since it was Friday at 4:00 and they had an hour plus drive back home) and reviewed thier work with me. <br /> While I hope I don't have to have them do any major work I'm feeling confident that if that time comes they'll make the event a lot less painful. Also now that I know they do plumbing and electric I feel like I hit the trifecta of service companies <br />"
