"First, you need to know this: the owners, Patricia & Rick, came out and gave us a proposal/estimate in October of *2016*. We had circumstances change and decided to hold off on the project, and I contacted Patricia in November of *2017*, a full YEAR later, to see if they might still be able to do the job, not sure if they price would have changed or not. Patricia said they would honor their proposal, and as soon as we could give her some dates to start, she would put us on their schedule. Well, we are a busy family of 6 and life happens - so I didn't get back to her w/dates for another month, and by then (December) the weather was freezing up. Lo and behold, however, after a few warming days in February, Patricia left me a message that her worker would be out within days and we did not even have to be home during the work. Scott came out, did the job and was as pleasant as could be. Within days, we had a very heavy rain - normally, our gutters would overflow and I'd see sheets of water pouring down my kitchen windows - not any more! It's been a week and we are very pleased, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Beyond Gutters."

"Geno gave us the best price in a well documented estimate. After many rainy days, work finally started. The old roof (2 layers) had to come off. That was done (and cleaned up) plus the new roof installed in one day. Then and old wood siding was repaired in many places, all walls were covered with Tyvek moisture barrier, and the new siding, a new window, eave vents and even a new spotlight fixture (which I provided) was installed in a matter of 2 days. The gutters came last. What a difference! From an eyesore to a thing of beauty (now my house looks shabby next to it)."

"The product is a bit pricey but the concept of the product does seem to be the best on the market and appears to work well. The Project Mgr stays on the site and takes pictures when it is completed so you can view the upper gutters. My only drawback was the "cleanout gutters" part of the contract. They pulled the junk out of the gutters but did not do anything with the downspouts or check to see if they were blocked. I had to get them to go back up with the hose to flush out blockage like any other gutter cleaning co. would do! After they left I had to clean out gutter debris from my landscape and around on my patio."

"You get what you pay for, which is why this is expensive. I’m very happy with the gutter quality and quick installation and thorough cleanup. I was disappointed with the limitation in gutter colors, which required me to change the color scheme for the exterior renovation project. They don’t have black gutters, which is what I wanted. The only other feedback I have is that I with they had offered to do more on the overall drainage issues beyond the physical gutters."
