"My wife and I just bought a house in Pinellas County, near our daughter and grandchildren, but we were still living on the East coast of Florida. We came in to coordinate projects related to plumbing, electrical and carpentry. I had three companies/contractors for each category scheduled to come in and review the projects and give me quotes. Trying to schedule 9 contractors is like trying to herd cats, but it got done, even though there were some time variations on when they came out that day, all but a few showed up. I always like to meet and get multiple bids on any projects I have for my home. The inspection report for the home showed many electrical issues (over $10,000 worth). Of the three electricians who came out. Only William Schultz from Positricity spent several hours going over my needs and making safety recommendations for what needed to be done. Before he left that day, I had his quote in a PDF sent to email in box. The others spent less than an hour and tried to up sell me items I thought about but weren’t on my punch list. He also gave me the name and brochure of the Pinellas Executive Association which his company is a member of and seemed like a good organization of professionals. This is where I found the carpenter I used, that is another story. I found William to be very professional, pleasant to talk with and an expert in his field. "Electrician connected my master bedroom coax cable to the room next door. Even though I was uncomfortable with him doing so, he cut a hole in my wall to run the line down. This is a new house and was just finished a week ago! After internet was established I was having connectivity issues. Spectrum came out to test the line and found that a cheap splitter was used to connect the rooms. They had to replace the splitter and reconnect the lines. I have a picture of the splitter he used and it looks like it was bought at the dollar store. I feel overcharged I paid $514 to have this service and he damaged my walls and used cheap equipment. He was not here very long. To make matters worse, he said he couldn't guarantee the line and wouldn't test it because he didn't have a meter. This was a solicited service call from Angies list. I already had an appointment scheduled with Bolt Electric to come out later in the week. I accepted Mr. Sparky since he was able to come earlier."

Installing a fan ensures reliable and continuous ventilation regardless of window size or weather conditions.
Bathroom fans last 10 years with proper upkeep. Regular cleaning and prompt repairs extend the life and efficiency of the fan. When signs of aging, such as increased noise or persistent odors, emerge, the fan must be replaced promptly to maintain optimal ventilation and safeguard your bathroom from moisture-related damage.
