"Triangle Reconstruction was awesome. From the beginning to the end of the job, they were professional, knowledgeable, thorough, polite, punctual, and hard-working. Our crawl space was humid, and unbeknownst to us, we had two black snakes in residence. The difference in air quality inside our house has been enormous. Our A/C comes on less than 1/4 as often. Our air feels more comfortable (drier?) and there are no musty smells wafting up. They installed a very effective dehumidifier in the space and closed off all exterior openings. We haven't seen any creepy crawlies in our kitchen since they closed all the gaps between crawl space and house. This installation has made a big difference in how our house feels."

"I signed the bathroom remodel contract on Jan 25, 2019. Today is Jul 18, 2019 and the work has not been completed. Everyone you work with is friendly, professional, polite, and well-meaning in responsiveness. Edgar’s quality of work is outstanding and my bathroom is beautiful without a doubt!! But now that the company’s been paid, I’ve been forgotten. My windows don’t have screens, so I can’t open them for fresh air without bugs coming in. I was told the screens were ordered in May which was my last contact with anyone. The contents for under my vanity have been stored in boxes because my shelves have not been installed. This is unacceptable! Mr. Khader Mughrabi, VP, called me after I signed the contract to thank me for my business. I want him to know it’s been almost six months and the work’s still not done. "I am at fault for not activating their service until near the end of the year it was in effect.  My remodel kept getting delayed and delayed.  My initial contact was great from the Homemade Design contact person.  He assigned me  Amanda Z . We conferenced by phone for an hour after she missed the 1st scheduled phone conference.   I emailed photos of my preferences, room dimensions, photos of the room and filled out their online style questionaire.  She e mailed me a design.  A few months later, I did the remodel with MJM Cabinets.  Great assist there. We designed the Murphy bed/storage.  I emailed Amanda a question sometime before the start of the remodel.  Did not hear back from her for the months I was remodelling.  Finally she emailed that l was labelled  as Spam.  No ahswer to my months old design question.  Finished the project.  Amanda's contribution was the positioning of the murphy bed/storage unit and a reading chair.  Emailed her the photos of the room after the contractors left.  Asked her assistance.  She said no need.  That was it.  Got $29 worth of design."
