He came to our home the next day, measured our garage for doors and left us a brochure which showed us our choices for doors, windows, no windows, color, etc. From the time we called him with our choices to installation of the doors was about 8 days!!! This was a week and a half sooner than we expected - and they are beautiful!!!! Steve stayed in touch with us throughout the process keeping us updated. And the price was about $500.00 less than that of our contractor AND we had choices AND it didn't take over 3 months!!! "Earth-Right Mid-Atlantic ha s done two installations. The first was to install a Solar System on our home in July 2019 and the second was to insulator attics with Earth-Shield. The Solar Panel has reduced my monthly bill to $8.33 per month for the last year. The bill is for the Chesapeake Utility Tax. The system works flawlessly. The Earth-Shield was suggested by Earth Right Mid-Atlantic's salesman Corey Argentino. I has explained that we were experiencing imbalances in heating and cooling zones in the house. He suggested a product Called Earth-Shield and the too hot and too cold zones all disappeared. The house now has better and a more uniform heating and cooling result. The Heating Ventilating and AirConditioning systems do not run as frequently. Great Job."

"Overall, our biggest recommendation is to make sure you keep your invoice handy because the company may not remember what you paid for and what you did not. Also, if you opt for the three month sanitizing treatment, make sure that you keep a record of when your ductwork is due. You must call them for the treatment because they will not remind you. If you ask for a refund for services not rendered, they are not handled in a timely or proper manner.

"It went great. The workers were very professional and did their work without any need to consult with me. Rob is so personable and easy to deal with that it makes it a pleasure to have him direct the work. He is someone I trust to tell me what is needed and then to make sure his crew has done the job well. He has been working to make my crawl space moisture free for a few years, and I often get compliments on it from other company's workers, like HVAC and pest control. If they saw my walk-in attic area now, they would probably have compliments on it. It looks terrific with its shiny thermal bubble insulation. I am attaching a picture but it doesn't do it credit because the strong LED light and shiny material makes it hard to take a good picture. They put a foam sheet on the back of the attic door and it also has shiny foil on it. They had previously put fiberglass insulation in this area and soffits or something like that (can't remember exact name) to make sure the air flow from outside is sufficient. I am thrilled that he also put the insulation on the floor, because I think that shiny stuff will deter mice, who reportedly don't things like aluminum foil. Maybe this area will stay cleaner and problem free since I have taken other pest control measures."

"We've got American Home Shield. So that kinda varies but united air temp has done some work for us. Probably a couple years ago, I think so. I think its two years ago. They did work on our air conditioning. Well you know with American Home Shield you only pay $75.00. You sign up for a year , its like something you subscribe to.  You call and contact American Home Shield and they have somebody contact you whose in line with their services and agrees to work with them. You pay $75.00 and if its not done correctly for each visit but if they come back twice you don't pay again. Its like 400 and something a year. Its fabulous, its fabulous. If you need plumbing , H VAC, lighting, its amazing. Its worth every dime. And if they can't fix it they replace it at no charge unless you want to upgrade There are some different companies but even when we refinanced our house they had us, no we bought another house in Winchester for our son. And they made us have it in with our policy and they use American Home shield. its fabulous and you don't have to do the searching or anything, If you aren't happy you just tell American Home shield. One time United Air Temp tried to talk us into , they did some plumbing work too, and they were going try to talk us into replacing it with a cheap model. That isn't American Home Shield policy its with the same thing or you can pay to upgrade. Pay the balance of an upgrade. We use it all the time. When my son has issues with his house I tell him just call American Home Shield. They guarantee they will be out within 72 hrs but its usually within 24 hours. We contacted them last week about my son's air conditioning. They came out right away, they had to order something. They had to come back out and they did last Wednesday and they fixed it."

"Their installation team was incredible. Timely and finished earlier then anticipated. Gave the house great care in making sure rugs and floors were covered and all inside workers had protective gear around feet. Worked as a great team. Would definitely use them again."

"Customer service was excellent up front. I think the workers were using a product that they were unfamiliar with which caused the job to drag on and on due to them having to come back several times to fix issues. Ultimately we settled though we were not very happy with the product that was put on the deck. Some of the lines on the deck shown and some did not. One area where the material filled the lines now has standing water every time it rains. In the end the deck has grown on us. The work was good and the guys were all very nice. I think our experience wasn't great due to the unfamiliarity with the product they were applying."
