He was very personable and knowledgeable It was a breath of fresh air to have him say he worked on all brands as I have had other repairmen tell me they don't work on "that brand". I was having issues with three kitchen appliances. He addressed all of them and only charged me one service call and even offered to return, at no service fee, if the problem reoccurred. AND, he helped me understand what was happening to all of the appliances and the estimated replacement costs for parts if his work didn't solve the problem. I asked for his card and plan to use him in the future if I have further issues."

"Chris told me exactly how it would go and that it would take about 4 hours. Well he and his co-worker finished in about 2-1/2 hours, cleaned-up and hauled all boxes and old equipment off. It has always been worth the monthly fee and deductibles. If you consider that most appliances today only last five years or so, breakdowns are going to be a given. Our most recent repair will require at least two service calls and an $1800 part. That more than pays for our entire year's fees."
