I pay 75 service fee each time they come out, and a $40 a month. If any of the appliances break down and they cannot fix them, they will replace them for free. I use them for my rental properties as well."

It was an all-day job, and I appreciated his willingness to return another door that I had bought (and changed my mind about) when he went to the store to buy more supplies for the job. I called to remind him numerous times over the last 3 months or so, and he keeps saying he will send it. The last time we spoke on the phone he was quite rude and, in my opinion, unprofessional.
