"We called M & S Fencing after recent wind storms knocked down a very large tree and destroyed 40 feet of chain link fence. Our main concern was keeping wild animals out of the yard. Tyler promptly came out to assess the damage and even though they have lots of work scheduled, Tyler and his crew were willing to fit my repair job in on a day after completing a larger job. I'm sure the crew was tired and hot that late afternoon but, everyone was friendly and polite. They worked hard and did a beautiful repair that blended in perfectly. Tyler showed genuine concern about keeping our costs low and we are very pleased with the great value and workmanship. "Mr, Murillo and his worker did a good job and left the area clean. They relocated the irrigation valve which was very close to the side of the house and installed a box in the ground to store the standard irrigation wire.They also poisoned a tree stump. Mr. Murillo was very helpful in answering any questions you might have had. I appreciated the work they did."

"Tom and Steve are fantastic to work with. They were very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. When I first met with Tom to start discussing plans I had several ideas and he was very honest about how far my budget would go and what I could actually do to maximize space. During demo they were always very prompt and kept the work site clean. They replaced all of my old plumbing, and because I discussed what I wanted to do with the kitchen they ran plumbing to where I want to move my fridge in the future. They also discovered many issues with the existing wiring, which they replaced and also explained very clearly what the issues meant and how they were going to fix it. I had a steam shower installed and used tile to do a wainscoting in both bathrooms. They did a wonderful job tiling, especially since it is an older home and they were single lay 3x5 tiles. Also the bull nose tiles I purchased wouldn't work and they came up with a solution on the fly that I absolutely love. They were also very good about responding promptly to questions. I would absolutely recommend you work with these guys they did a fantastic job and I will definitely work with them again.
