"We found Golden Aire when looking for a company that installs Rheem HVAC systems. Golden Aire installs other brands as well and we received quotes on those as well, but we were partial to Rheem as our house had a Rheem system that worked well and surprisingly efficiently for 30 years (the second system is still running as I'm writing this: 30 years and counting!). Ken Golden, the owner of Golden Aire, came to our house for a quote and impressed me right away with his knowledge, honesty and professionalism. Have him come give you a quote just to see the difference between his expertise and the salespeople that other companies send out to do their bids! His price was comparable to that of other companies who were pricing out less expensive brands. When his crew came out to do the job, they were also very courteous, professional and punctual. They replaced some incorrectly installed ducts at no cost and finished the job cleanly and exactly as promised. The office, also extremely courteous and professional, followed up with me to do the testing for the airconditioning a few months later (as it was installed in winter and couldn't be tested) and scheduled the inspection for me. We are definitely giving them a call if and when the other system goes out."

"I saw an ad on Angie's list for a Quiet Cool Trinity Pro 3.3 whole house fan system installed for a good price. However, I wasn't quite sure the 3.3 would move enough air for my sq. footage. I left a msg. and Christopher the owner called me back the next day as he was out of town. We talked about the system and since I already had a pre-existing fan, but it was the old style box top from 20 years ago that sounded like a plane taking off. Christopher assured me the 3.3 would be more than enough for my sq. footage, especially since I installed a Quiet Cool Attic Gable Vent fan that moves a lot of air too. He also said the noise reduction would amaze me and it did. It's been turned on high and the lady of the house didn't even know it was turned on. Since, I know how to tape, top, texture, and paint, Christopher gave me a great discount from the Angie's list price. The guys, Phil and Eddie, showed up on time and ready to go. It went by fairly fast and I've just finished taping it out. Tomorrow or the day after, I'll get down to topping it and finish it with some orange peel texture spray to match the existing texture and paint. Great team and great price for a great product. "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"The team of four was very professional and performed an excellent job in a record period of time. Just one day to take the old furnace away, replace all the old boots and duct work and install the new furnace. They paid a lot of attention not to damage or dirty the floor/carpet. Just honest, factual, and straightforward. They quoted us a system with the panels, racking, and inverter which we wanted, not what they were pushing. The quote wasn't the best (hence the 'B' for price) but it did offer the best VALUE when we considered the equipment specification and the stability of the company - an important consideration when looking at a system with a 25 year life! The installation was scheduled by our coordinator, Sherry, and the team showed up when promised and got the job completed on time.
