"This is a general appliance repair service. While good, the individual I worked with was not an expert on our brand, nor did he have brand specific diagnostic tools. That said, he did a great job at patiently working to find the issue and diagnose why it was happening. The needed part has been ordered and a return service call is scheduled to install the replacement part. The value / cost is fair."
