"As of this week the windows are in across the front of the house and the bedroom is done!  I am very pleased and overall the work done to date has exceeded my expectations!!   Eric?s  trim work is beautiful and he also suggested some other changes that have made a big difference.  I love the design of my new closet!  I went from a narrow dark closet that ran the length of the  room to a very efficient walk in.    Both the porch and bathroom are started and progressing nicely.  (I will update this review once all is done)    <br /> Eric and his crew have been exceptional!  They are very professional, work very hard, are highly skilled and  have very high <br /> standards.   They have also been very respectful of my space (I work out of my home) including cleaning up at the end of each day  and are great with my dogs. <br />   <br /> I?d also like to add that the process for me to move forward with some long awaited renovations was quite trying and after meeting  with a number of contractors it was  a relief to meet Eric.   I was impressed right away with his experience,  knowledge, suggestions, and  enthusiasm.  Throughout  the planning and as the work started, the communication has been great and Eric has been very responsive.  Also worth mentioning is that  Eric has  proven to be very fair and honest. <br />  I  highly recommend Eric Perry Design and Build and will have them back  for kitchen work later this year!!   <br /> <br /> <br />"

"Slight delay to get started due to the size and layout of the desktop. Once the work started, it went smoothly and was completed in a timely manner. All three units are beautiful and functional three and a half years after the installation. I am typing this in my office now! Not the cheapest, DEFINITELY not the most expensive either. Good value for a semi-custom design."

"<p>Did a real nice, quick job.  Quality of installation was excellent, everything was installed where it should be and neatly done with no significant gaps in coverage.  Was impressed with the professionalism of the crew, they did a quick but careful job, and a good cleanup afterwards.  </p> <p>As a follow-up ... the covers have remained solidly in place now 6 months later, despite several high wind incidents (one was 85mph) and close calls with tornados.  The product functions very well, it really does keep leaves, twigs, and crud out of the gutters.  I wish I'd had these installed years ago, could've saved hundreds in gutter cleaning money.<br /> <br /><br /> <br /></p> <br />"
