Matt was very detailed and checked in on everything to make sure we were getting what we wanted. In the end he asked us to make a list of anything that needed to be addressed and there was absolutely nothing to mention. They did a perfect job, the quality of the work is amazing, and the entire team was very nice, professional, and trustworthy! "It took a few tries to get Dean out due to running long on a prior job, once he did make it, we spent an hour making a list, taking measurements, recommending additional things that should be done. He said he'd try to get the estimate done in 48 hours. That was the last we heard so we hired another company. I don't know what the disconnect was- the office staff is lovely on the phone, Dean was very personable, seemed very capable. We just fell through the cracks of being busy i guess."
