"I called Don and inquired about getting my RV Onan 4000 generator repaired. It would start then run a few minutes and shut down. Don ask a few questions and quickly guessed it to be a failing fuel pump. He said he had to the parts in stock and could come to my RV site and repair it the next morning.....THE NEXT MORNING ! ! Most of the places I called on my journey said they could repair it but it couldn't be dome for two weeks AND then if it needed parts I had to wait another two weeks. Clean, efficient, professional and a pleasure to have working for me, they displayed the desire to "go the extra mile" to make sure that I was informed all thru the project and happy. Completing the job in a perfect manner was the only way acceptable to them, which pleased me. "Met with Chad at my home, he was awesome and very professional! Chad was very detailed about all the steps it would take to replace my roof, I honestly felt at ease with him. I was not pressured in any way to go with their company, He assured me if there were any concerns they would quickly resolved those issues and they did. He was very patient, If I had any questions no matter how many he would answer them. I then met my project manager Brian he was awesome as well! If there were any questions or concerns he would answere them with no problem, if there was any problems he would have them resolved quickly. I loved the fact they are really sincere, after signing the contract some companies tend to ignore you and your concerns not Extreme Exteriors they were very professional and stuck to their word. Thank you guys for that! Extreme Exteriors sent their best team to install the roof [ who were awesome!] for my home and garage and my beautiful roof was done in a day.
