It was a pleasure in all aspects working with different team members – everyone was respectful, punctual, returned phone calls very quickly and super helpful. When Scott provided the estimate, he presented a great package of information including addresses of homes they did with the shingle color. When there was only one house with the color we thought we wanted (not commonly used) that was an hour away, Scott made some calls and within a couple hours got me two addresses close by. He included some additional repair items which we really appreciated. Shawn, who managed the project on site ensured those items were completed and that the overall project was perfect as was clean up. The crew members were friendly and helpful as well as Shawn. Jake responded with grace to an extra request that I made and was always friendly and helpful as we played phone tag to schedule the gutter work around the rain. Scott and all team members were very honest – saying we could wait a few years to do the garage, if needed and one of the gutters on the garage did not need replacement. Their price was excellent as was the work and experience. We highly recommend them."

"We had a leak in an upstairs room. Jim Swift came promptly, checked out our 20 year roof and found several places where the underlying boards were rotting. He gave us a quote, and since we had a leak, arranged to start the job the following week. Meanwhile, a couple of his crew came out and put a plastic tarp covering the whole backside of the roof to prevent further ceiling damage. The new roof looks nice and the clean-up was good too."

"We found Victors Roofing during our search for roofing companies and noted the high amount of positive reviews and feedback and even though it was clear they were going to be on the higher side as far as cost, getting the job done right was the most important thing to us, so in the end we chose to go with Victors. Project: 50 Year Premium Package House - Remove 2 layers of rotting plywood and install new layer of OSB and new shingles Garage - Remove 1 layer of shingles and install new shingles Positive: Honestly, the roof(s) on both our home and garage now look awesome (We're pretty sure our neighbor's both hate and envy us). Sales Communication: Thorough and polite. Workmanship and Products: Both were great. No complaints. Punctuality/timeliness - Project was scheduled and completed very quickly (1 week from initial project estimate until completion). Workers were on time and fast. Negative: Damage - Brand new AC unit was not covered properly and was scratched. Warranty - It was not mentioned that the 50 year warranty was only valid as long as you own the home and is only transferable 1 time for 1 year to the new owner (Didn't receive this information until I received the final payment receipt and warranty information). Cleanup - We have a dog, so cleanup was important to us. Overall it was good, but could have been slightly better outside. Attic is full of debris (Wood slivers from the plywood that was removed). Cost - Overall the cost was really high. I understand that companies markup products they sell/install, but charging $85 for a sheet of OSB that typically costs $16/sheet is an incredibly high markup. Final Thoughts: We love the new roof on both our home and garage and hope it will last for years to come and makes us feel better about the high cost of installation. Would I recommend Victors Roofing to others?: Yes. I can honestly say that even with the negative items mentioned above, given the high quality of workmanship and products used, I would still be comfortable recommending them to anyone looking to replace their roof that wants/expects it to be done right and not worry about shoddy workmanship."
