They were able to help fix a difficult switch out that had odd installation requirements. And again, it was cheap enough that I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again and again. Hiring a plumber is cheaper than me doing it wrong and having wood rot somewhere I can't see because I did something wrong."

I couldn't be any more happy with their work, Ron immediately came out that afternoon to look at the damage and was back the very next morning with his crew. Ron and Dan had the carpet out, the dry wall cut, and his equipment in place drying what was once a soaked basement. Since I am not very well informed with construction work. I did have a few pro's come out to look at the job and every one of them commented on how "clean" their cuts were to the dry wall, making for easier repairs. "The first time I called Service Experts to come look at my leaking hot water heater, the guy who came out couldn't find a leak in my hot water heater (the pool of water had dried up) but noticed that the gas line feeding the hot water heater wasn't connected properly. I made another appointment for the following week to have the gas line fixed. Fast forward to the day of the appointment, Service Experts was late (they missed the promised time window I was given when making the appointment) but ready to work. This time another pool of water had appeared beneath the old water heater and he was able to determine that it was dying and needed to be replaced. They ran back out and had my new water heater in under an hour.

The gas line was replaced while they swapped out the old water heater for a new one. All told it took about 4 hours to complete the work, and both guys were very professional (they cleaned up after themselves and hauled away the old hot water tank)."
