"The services rendered we're actually better than expected. We called because the basement was flooded and had standing water for a period of time and we suspected mold had started to build. Max (the owner/team leader) came out, inspected the basement and reported his findings to us, which ended up being worse than we had anticipated (mold and ASBESTOS). He explained how his crew would rid us of the situation and we agreed. The team was able to start the four day project two days earlier than expected and instead of a four day project they completed the work in two days. They did an amazing job! The basement is now dry, mold and asbestos free! It look like a brand new basement. They had the dumpster brought in and threw out the furniture etc that was in the basement and left no debris behind. When asked if we would use their services again, that would be an absolute YES! We are already making plans to make more changes to the home and Environmental Service Corp is at the top of our calling list. I recommend you give them a call for big or small jobs. "It took them a week to get to us.  We had already removed everything out of the basement including purchasing a dehumidifier.  We sumped pumped out the water ourselves.  A team of two completed the work is about 40 minutes. "<p>The inspection went very well.  The inspector returned my calls promptly before scheduling the appointment, he explained how he would perform the work and scheduled us promptly, he was even willing to schedule us on a weekend. He arrived on time and was very friendly and professional. The inspection was very detailed, he visually inspected all relevant areas of the property on both the inside and outside of the building. He visually inspected all possible water entry areas on three levels of the house to identify any water damage or presence of mold. An air quality test was performed using high tech equipment on each level of the home to check for the presence of mold particles in the ar. </p> <p>We received a written report from an accredited lab with results of the air mold inspection within a week after completion of the work.
