"Sentri Homes provided the most professional flooring service I’ve ever had. The LVP installation turned out absolutely beautiful, and I was amazed at how quickly everything was completed without sacrificing quality. The crew was fast, accurate, and extremely detail-oriented from start to finish. Everything was installed cleanly, precisely, and with real craftsmanship. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and far beyond what I expected. I would absolutely recommend Sentri Homes to anyone needing flooring installed."

"Tom Dill returned my initial call right away and scheduled an appointment for an estimate quickly. Even though I live far from his business, he was always on time for the appointments we scheduled. It made me think that he really values my time as much as his own - true customer service.
Tom listened to my needs and was willing to adapt the design for the TV cabinet to fit the space. The process was easy because he made suggestions for the wood and the stain that complemented other pieces already in my home. I really like the TV cabinet and it is perfect for the space.
The repair to the step was amazing. I appreciate his attention to detail. The style matches well and the wood grain is going in the same direction. The only reason you can tell the step was replaced is because the finish is perfect compared to the others.
"

"This company provides the level of Customer Service that is seldom found in the world today. When you find a company with the Customer Service level I received by Amy, that is the company you will definitely do repeat business. The quality of Cabinets is great, but when you have the Customer Service support, like Amy, that’s a BONUS. I highly recommend Cabinets for everyones’s cabinet needs."

"Issue #1: Started at first meeting in October 2014. Salesperson did NOT and consistently DID NOT HEAR what i was describing to him. Even with a wood sample. He kept going on and on and the quality of their work. So, to save $10,000 in buying new cabinets we decided upon this option.
Issue #2: Another person came out to finalize the measurements. Apparently Salesperson #1 did not LISTEN to what we wanted with replacing the drawers. They were just going to reface them. This would have left the drawers looking and working unbalanced and uneven and interiors being worn and ugly compared to the rest of the "new stuff". Salesperson #2 said it would be $450 extra to replace all the drawers with new ones. Wow. Ok. I needed them to work and look good. My old drawers have become crooked - since they were installed in 1988. I don't know WHY Salesperson #1 didn't suggest that at the initial meeting.
Issue #3: We were to receive samples of the wood we chose and the color we chose. At the initial meeting, we told Salesperson #1 that we wanted a stain with grain showing, not a flat paint! We said this at least 3 times. What do we get as a sample????? Yes, a FLAT painted piece of wood with no grain showing. So, it takes another 2 1/2 weeks to get another sample.
Issue #4: Approved sample. It is now the end of November! They said they wouldn't be able to come install until January! Yes, it took 3 MONTHS for this process start to finish. I could have received NEW cabinets in 6 weeks.
Issue #5: Installation time. They had to build a new cabinet for over the refrigerator. It was clearly CROOKED! The bottom of the cabinet was 1 inch wider by the time you got to the top of the cabinet! AND where the inside hinges were there clearly was a mistake and was all GNARLED up on the inside! HOW could a "craftsmen" leave such an obvious mess of a creation and not expect us to NOTICE??!?!? Seriously?! It looked like something a high school shop student did. We told them to replace the whole thing
Issue #6: They did not tell us during the initial visit that the build-ups of the cabinets to reach the ceilings were just FRAMES! The interior and the back (wall exposed) were not finished. Now the inside of the top shelf of my cabinets are the ugly burnt orange color of the previous paint job. I could have painted that if i had known it would be showing!!!!!!!
Issue #7: Upon final inspection 3 of the drawers were WAY off color to the rest of the cabinets. It looked like they were missing a coat of stain!!!! So, they ordered and replaced them 2 weeks later.
Issue #8: We were provided a can of paint to paint the inside edges of the inside of the frames of the cabinets to match the outside.. really? I have to actually do work on the cabinets i paid $15,000 for ????!!
The craftsmanship was definately was under par for what they told us. It seemed like they just wanted to get in and out without really taking a step back and looking at the work. Things still are uneven, but can't do anything b/c the laminate is glued down. Salesperson didn't even follow up the week the workers were here to check how things were going. Once he received the check, he didn't care.
If I had to make the decision over again, i DEFINITELY would have gone with NEW cabinets. I could have received them in 6 weeks, instead of a total of 3 1/2 months, consistent color, better workmanship and a lot less headaches.

"

"
Ken and his business partner were absolutely wonderful. It was extremely hot the day they installed our garage floor, and they worked nonstop from 8am til 5pm to complete it. The floor turned out beautiful. Ken and his team were very professional and it was obvious from the result of their finished product.

They came back another day to build our cabinets and to install our overhead storage. They did a great job on both.

My husband and I would definitely hire this company again. Some of our neighbors have seen our garage, complimented us, and we've recommended Ken 's company. Ken and his team do very high quality work, are extremely professional, efficient, punctional, and are just very nice people. We really enjoyed working with them.

"

"We engaged Canton Kitchens to remodel our kitchen. We didn't think our old kitchen utilized the space effectively enough, and the cabinets and wallpaper were old. Our space is limited, so we wanted to make sure we
were getting the most out of everything.
We met with Tony Young and he coordinated a lot of the work. He came to our house, gave us some ideas and options of what to get and how to redesign. We then met with him again at his Baltimore showroom. He showed us a design of our kitchen with computer software. We picked out the cabinet style and color and had some preliminary choices regarding the counter. He gave
us an estimate for counter and cabinets.
We then met with the installer, Ed Hannigan, and Tony at our house. After a week or so, we received an estimate for the full kitchen remodel. Canton Kitchens does not coordinate on flooring or lighting, so we had Ed help us out with that a bit.
Installation took about three weeks. We knocked down half of a wall. Cabinet and counter deliveries were timely. We are VERY happy with the finished product. Tony was not on site too much, which is fine. We always felt he was available if we needed his input. Tony came back after everything was installed to look around. He had a few things that he wanted Ed to fix, but overall we believe they were minor oversights...things we hadn't even noticed.
"
