"I was very pleased with the service I received from the salesman, Adam Wooten. He went above and beyond to ensure that I had all the information necessary to make my carpet selection. The carpet I selected had to be milled and Adam kept me informed throughout the process regarding the status of my order. It was a difficult installation due to the large area and amount and size of the furniture. The installer Jorge Ortega was incredibly conscientious. He insisted that all the furniture be taken out in order to get the best installation possible which required disassembling an exercise rack. He replaced all the tack strips even though they were installed under the baseboard requiring additional time and care. The job took much longer than anyone could have anticipated. Because all my furniture was taken outside, Jorge didn’t want to quit and come back the next day. He worked until 11pm so that he could move all the furniture back inside including re-assembling the exercise rack. Not many people would be that conscientious. I highly recommend Carpet 2 Go & More because of their excellent staff."

"You can buy nice flooring lots of places. At A-1 CARPET & TILE you get outstanding service along with beautiful flooring. I had large plank wood-look tile installed throughout the house (both the downstairs and upstairs) and carpet on the stairs and landing. Mohammad listened to what I wanted and made excellent recommendations. He stayed in touch with me on when the installation would begin/end, working around my schedule. His installers were on-time, professional, and hard-working (arriving by 8am and not leaving until 7pm). Mohammad followed up throughout the installation, making sure I was happy with both the selection and the crew working (I was!). My flooring is absolutely gorgeous...just what I wanted! Allowed us to order our own carpet and had it delivered to his warehouse. <br /> <br /> He was hired to install replacement carpet in one bedroom. He also supplied the pad. He was very friendly and responsive. Not only did he do what we hired him to do, he brought a carpet cleaner to clean the stain out of another room for no additional charge. It kept us from having to replace that room.This company answered the phone at 11:30PM...they take 24 hours seriously. <br /> <br /> Great service!"

"This is the second time we have had Burgess Flooring come out and do work.  The first time was the laminate in the kitchen and living room and then this time it was to finish it off by doing all 3 bedrooms.  They showed up on time and got to work and finished up in record time!  This included carpet tear out and also helping to move a few larger pieces of furniture out of the way.  We plan on having them back to tile a couple of bathrooms in the future and they definitely will be the ones we call if we get another home and need the flooring done! <br />"
