He took the time to explain how he would accomplish the job, showed areas of our gutters that needed repair and offered a solution. He left the areas below the gutters (all the way around the house) much cleaner than how he found them! Absolutely will hire them again and considering doing other services with them as well."

"Since I only needed a very small piece for my project, I was referred directly to the fabrication shop for a remnant. Donnie was extremely helpful in showing me what they had and in working out a very reasonable price. On the day they were cutting my granite, he sent me pictures asking my opinion and approval on what part of the slab I was most interested in for my piece, and he put me on the calendar on the day I requested for installation. The day prior to installation, we had a snafu with the cabinet makers, and Donnie did everything in his power to remedy the situation. The installers showed up on time and called in advance to let me know they were on their way, and they put in extra time and effort on site to work around the cabinet issues we had discovered the day before. This is the second time we have used Queen City Kitchens (Imported Stone when we used them to resurface our kitchen counters 3 years ago). They are a top notch operation, and a special shout out to Donnie and his installers for their promptness and their ability to help fix a less than ideal situation. We will definitely use them again!"

"Jim and his associate made two visits to my property.  The first included fixing a garbage disposal, turning on the water in the barn and providing an estimate to run new water lines to install a washing machine in the garage apartment.  This job included tying in the installed lines into my septic system.  We found Jim to be an honest man, evidenced by his candor demonstrated after conducting a simple reset and clear of the garbage disposal.  Since we just moved into the property, we are busy and did not know/research/diagnose the history of that disposal, and a man without integrity may have taken advantage of this opportunity to make a quick buck.  This is not the case with Gentile Plumbing.  He knows the value of providing fair, high quality service to his customers.  We concluded from this episode that he clearly is focused on building long term, mutually beneficial relationships, and that his business will continue to thrive and grow.  He understands that making a quick buck usually leads to losing customers when they inevitably discover that they were overcharged for unnecessary services. We appreciated this approach.  The second visit was to conduct the more complex and extensive retrofit for the washing machine.  Jim and his associate were on time, professional, courteous and respectful.  They completed the work in a timely and non-invasive manner (we had family visiting, and it did not throw off Gentile Plumbing in their focused manner in executing the job).    Jim also had to make a few adjustments as they proceeded with the job, but at no point did he try to re-cut the deal.  I would highly recommend Gentile Plumbing for anyone who needs plumbing services, as I am sure that they will receive professional work done at a reasonable price.  Well done!

"This company was referred to me by another contractor. This was my 1st time using them. I called and set up an appt. easily. My plumber " Paul", called 30 mins before he arrived. He showed up on time and completed work in a timely fashion. He checked my shower and issues in all bathrooms and in the crawlspace. I appreciated him taking pics of all the problems and pics p repairs done. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything that needed to be done before work was done and then wrote up an estimate. I am in an older home and explained the type of pipes I had in other areas would need to be replaced eventually and is to send me a quote for this to be done later. No mess left behind. I am very pleased with this service and just texted my sister to call them for commode replacement. Thank you so much, Paul, for your professionalism, honesty, and kindness. "I called to request a plumber and the nice lady who answered the phone asked if I had a tankless water heater or a tank.. I have a tankless water heater and she told me to use a hairdryer to thaw the pipes at the water heater. It worked like a charm!!!"

"Since Albert is a contractor and has the responsibility to clean up a job site...he did not complete the job as required.  In turn, I paid to have the debris removed for $157 and change.....Albert needs to remimburse me for the expense I incurred as a result of his failure to remove the debris as required by being a contractor.
