"Brian came when promised to give an estimate and also when doing the work. He is an excellent electrician - professional, clean, efficient and worked straight through the day until the job was finished. He charged a very fair price and installed six recessed lights, three under counter lights, a fan/light kit, dimmer and plug in the kitchen, and hooked up 8 flat florescent light boxes in the basement (which we had installed prior to his visit). He finished on time and is very pleasant person with which to work. He will be returning soon to do another job which will be to wire and install lights, fan and plugs under a deck. We highly recommend him."

"The purchase process took several months as I took the opportunity to educate myself about the current technologies. Tri-City, via Synergy in Ballantyne, was extremely helpful and provided a no-pressure experience. I spoke to several vendors and received quotes from five. All of the quotes were higher than my final cost. The installation process was not painless as there were some issues with equipment failure. However, the vendor did their level best to minimize the impact upon me and made everything right without complaint."

"I purchased the 3 hour coupon & contacted Noel to discuss my project.  He estimated that it would probably take 2 days to complete.  He put me on the schedule for 2 consecutive days.  He was on time & professional.  Has a good sense of humor.  The house is a small older home that was being remodeled for a rental home.  Noel hung/installed new kitchen cabinets, repaired drywall in kitchen/dining room that had been cut by a plumber, modified/installed interior doors, installed moulding, caulked around windows, installed over-stove range hood, and installed a towel bar.  The work took longer than the 2 days that he had estimated.  He put me on his schedule as soon as he could to get the last day of work completed so that I could begin to show the home as quickly as possible.  Noel did a great job, considering all of the issues that you tend to run in to with an older home.
I look forward to working with him on our next project.

"It took a while to get it scheduled but most of that was not their problem. It was the weather because it was right before the hurricane. The manager came out and checked everything. He came back a few days later with an estimate for what needed to be done. He handled it well. We still haven't made a decision about what we wanted to do. He didn't do any of the nail pops or anything that was advertised because he felt we needed this additional work. We have not gotten back to him yet. It was a pretty good price."

"Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."

"We've got American Home Shield. So that kinda varies but united air temp has done some work for us. Probably a couple years ago, I think so. I think its two years ago. They did work on our air conditioning. Well you know with American Home Shield you only pay $75.00. You sign up for a year , its like something you subscribe to.  You call and contact American Home Shield and they have somebody contact you whose in line with their services and agrees to work with them. You pay $75.00 and if its not done correctly for each visit but if they come back twice you don't pay again. Its like 400 and something a year. Its fabulous, its fabulous. If you need plumbing , H VAC, lighting, its amazing. Its worth every dime. And if they can't fix it they replace it at no charge unless you want to upgrade There are some different companies but even when we refinanced our house they had us, no we bought another house in Winchester for our son. And they made us have it in with our policy and they use American Home shield. its fabulous and you don't have to do the searching or anything, If you aren't happy you just tell American Home shield. One time United Air Temp tried to talk us into , they did some plumbing work too, and they were going try to talk us into replacing it with a cheap model. That isn't American Home Shield policy its with the same thing or you can pay to upgrade. Pay the balance of an upgrade. We use it all the time. When my son has issues with his house I tell him just call American Home Shield. They guarantee they will be out within 72 hrs but its usually within 24 hours. We contacted them last week about my son's air conditioning. They came out right away, they had to order something. They had to come back out and they did last Wednesday and they fixed it."
