"This would have been the fourth time these guys should be coming out. While the work that has been done was great, they never checked the whole roof like I asked so I had to pay a job fee. The third time I talked the guy down on that. This time, they (and it was Bill who was to come out) canceled on me an hour before the appointment, we rescheduled for a week and a half later (since that was the soonest available, apparently everyone else with a leak in their roof from the three weeks of storms was more important so Bill was on site) and now waited 45 minutes before just giving up. Tried calling, left a message, despite them saying their office opens at 8am, and my appointment was at 8:15. Nothing. Never using these guys again. Get your office and scheduling organized, people. This is ridiculous. Going somewhere else."

"This was a great experience from start to finish. Tim met w/us and we explained to him what we wanted to do. He gave some great ideas and was very informative. Tim allowed us to save some money by demoing the old bathroom ourselves before they came in. The quote was given to us the same day we met and their earliest opening was 4 weeks out. This was the perfect amount of time needed to pick the tile, grout, and vanity. Russ installed all the tile, trim work, and vanity. Russ was very nice and easy to work with. We made a few changes from the original quote and Russ took care of it all w/no problems. All the work was completed in 3 days and our bathroom was transformed into a newly updated bathroom. We are very happy with our new bathroom and would recommend them to anyone!"

At 4 o'clock on a Friday, my front door wouldn't close. He came over and fixed it. Andrei is a honest, first-rate craftsman."

"Originally, we were scheduled to have our roof inspected on January 10, but due to an ice storm it was not actually inspected until January 24. The owner came out finding that the roof was in pretty good shape. However, some of the roof caps on the various ridge lines needed to be replaced. He also found that the sealant around the pipes coming through the roof had cracked and could be letting in water from either rain or snow. The Technician came out the next day and repaired everything. He also cleaned out the gutters which were long overdue to be cleaned."
