The two person crew, Baldemar and Miguel, were phenomenal. They worked incredibly hard in very hot conditions and always answered our questions and inquiries as they were doing their work. They were always very positive and seemed to care a lot about the quality of their work (which was excellent) Ricardo came by several times and ensured everything was done to specification and even made some recommendations on lighting, which the crew installed. "Deane and his team did an outstanding job with installing my deck (12’x24’composite Deck including (2) 3’wide staircases). Deane and his company provided the full customer service from the beginning to the end of the project. During my initial project phase of getting contractor quotes, Deane provided some useful recommendations on the initial deck design layout including the relocation of the hose bib, which if not moved, would have been inaccessible from under the finished deck. My other deck contractor quotes did not include this observation and recommendation. In addition, Deane also recommended finishing the perimeter under the deck by removing the sod and replacing it with a foundation consisting of a weed barrier, crushed gravel and a 4x4 treated timber around the deck perimeter to give it a more finished look under the deck. Once I selected Deane and his company to build the deck, Deane kept me informed along the way with respect to the project schedule. All aspects of the project were handled by Deane including providing the necessary HOA documents and sample decking materials for the approval process, acquiring the necessary county permits and inspections and finally answering all of my questions as the project progressed. The quality and craftmanship of the deck build are outstanding. I would recommend and plan to utilize Deane's company, Berith Builders, for my future home improvement projects."

"A neighbor had some work done by 7th State and I watched their progress, so I asked the neighbor for their contact. I had a small porch replaced by a screened porch. The original porch was wood and starting to dry rot, and was slippery in rain and snow. I met with Anthony in February for an estimate and to tell him what I wanted. The County permit process and requirements for improvement went on until September -- an 8 month wait. They required me to plant trees and shrubbery simply to replace something already there, OR pay a fee to not plant trees and shrubbery. Ashley in the office helped me through this and kept me advised of the progress toward getting it started. Work began on September 10, ended mid October. Each step had to be approved by the permit office. The workmanship and finished product are outstanding. Neighbors have complimented me on the improvement. Some workers worked up until 7:00pm to finish their part of the project. I would recommend this contractor to anybody."
