"I hired Shawn and company to clean up 5 acres in Scottsboro. The previous company came in stole my wood and left a disaster that caused flooding and slope damage. Shawn came in at a affordable price, cleared, resloped and planted and in less than a week and made it beautiful. This was a huge job since the previous company used a logging compay to come in and steal the wood. When we caught them it was too late but they left in a hurry and left droped trees and loggs everywhere. We had terrible wash out and property you could not even enjoy. Shawn came in and fixed it and called keeping in touch every day they were working and the men he sent to work were wonderful. Walter and his son were professional and extreamly friendly, I really missed them when they were done. We have hired him for more work. They are wonderful! "Very well ! Michael and his crew ( 5) all are very polite, professional and detail oriented in their work assignment. The crew worked all day with Michael's supervision, and asked us of any concern or questions that we might have. I read great reviews prior to engaging them - their collaboration with each member of the group has proven their professionalism. I waited 2 weeks to write this review in order to observe if any leaks or other concern that might arise. Prior to the start of the workday the crew covered all areas that might be soiled while they work & at the end of the day they cleaned the space thoroughly . This proves their professionalism. They started & finsihed the work within the specified time period mentioned by Michael Addisen. We definitely recommend them to our friends and neighbors and would like to engage them in our future home assignments."

"I had a brand new heat pump system installed in April 2023. They sent subcontractors to install it who were very unprofessional and they left bare wires hanging out of the machine and it did not look like it was installed correctly. It stopped working completely 4 times in 5 months, the last time was on October 10, service tech said, “I really don’t agree with the way they installed it “ he said the wires were barely connected so it kept losing power. He got it working again and left. Two weeks ago it got cold and we turned the system to heat for the very first time. It blew cold air. We made ANOTHER service call. The technician said that a switch had “gone bad” because, “they wear out” we explained that we have never used the heat even once, so how could the switch be worn out. Then they advised they had to order a part. Over a week later the part came in and they returned and that still didn’t fix. Now they say the compressor has, “gone bad” and when we reiterated that we have never even used it so how is it worn out they answered, “they just go bad sometimes” we still don’t have heat, they say they have to order more parts. We asked them to look over the whole system because we don’t think it is installed right and I am genuinely concerned that it is a fire hazard and they looked at it, put electrical tape on some hanging wires and left. We have had to take SIX days off work so far and buy space heaters and we are no closer to having a working system. This unit is less then SIX MONTHS OLD. At this point I have no choice but to pursue legal action. This whole experience has been terrible and has cost me hundreds in missed time at work and I’m still paying for a system that does not work."

"Anderson Gutter and Tree service came out Christmas eve and installed a safe and secure cable far up into the tree (much further than I would have attempted) for a tree swing. Very pleased with install, was able to install without boring into the tree and gave me the security of feeling safe letting them both swing at the same time!"
