I explained the problem I've been experiencing with my sprinkler system and he gave me very good feedback. The water company will be coming out to repair a broken valve that may have occurred when the meter was replaced several weeks ago. "I moved in to my home in 1997.  The sprinkler system never was used since I moved in and was presumably unusable.  Last fall, I received a notice from the water district threatening fines if I didn't do a back-flow test.  Discussion with the water district led to the conclusion that the cheapest approach might be to disconnect the system from the water main.  My plumber couldn't identify where the connection was.  In desperation, I called Automatic Sprinkler, because, based on the placard on the sprinkler clock, they did the original install.  <br /> When he (don't recall the name) came, he said the system was over 30 years old and was not repairable, so indeed the best solution was to do the disconnect.  He came and did his a few days later. <br /> I feel this firm is very professional, because they stood behind their work and solved my problem, even though I was never their  customer. <br /> <br />"
