"First let me say that Ali was very respectful of my time and home. He let me know when he was 30 minutes away and let me know early that he would be a little late. I had Ali upgrade my electrical panel. He explained the entire process to me and let me know of future work that would be necessary, which included a need to rewire the entire house. Although he gave me recommendations, I never felt like he was scaring me or forcing me into hiring him to do this current job or future jobs. He was easy to worth with and gave me many payment options. Ali seemed very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Ali and will definitely consider using him again for my future projects."

My appointment window was for 12-4 pm, and the technician didn't show up until after 5. I did not receive a phone call, text or email to inform me that he would be late. I called the office to inquire and was told that someone would get back to me. Nobody called back. It would have been nice to know what was going on. I had no idea what was going on until my bell rang at a little after 5 and the technician arrived. I would have appreciated an explanation or an apology, but I received neither. For that reason, I can't give an A rating across the board. Based strictly on the quality of the work, I would hire again, but I was not happy with the other aspects."
